CPR PLUS is all about giving you information on First Aid techniques, tips and resources so that you are better prepared for any unforeseen circumstances.
Of course, the best way to prepare for this is to take a First Aid course by one of the Nationally Accredited providers and we recommend you visit the American Red Cross website to do this. It is only a few hours of your life but it may well SAVE THE LIFE of someone else who may very well be a RELATIVE or FRIEND as these are the people you spend most time with and therefore are more likely to be around when an incident occurs.
However, there are inevitably times when you need to find this information quickly, easily and in a format that you can easily understand which is why on CPR PLUS you will find a large number of short videos covering first aid treatments that are easy to follow and put into practice immediately.
We also have information on symptons and treatment for illnesses and diseases that are not emergencies but please bear in mind these are for reference only and self diagnosis from any of these pages is not reliable or in any way suggested or recommended . If in any doubt whatsoever you must consult your medical practitioner.
